In a nutshell, what makes Ricky T! Academy different is the same thing that differentiates any person, company, organization or group, which is their purpose and their style.
Purpose: The purpose for Ricky T! Academy to exist is help close the gap between employer and employee.
Style: As a coach and consultant I use clarifying questions to better understand goals and challenges, while focusing on fundamental basics when working through assignments and action steps, providing clarity, consistency and simplicity.
With over 74,000 pizza places across America all using the same basic ingredients (cheese, sauce, dough, etc.) the only thing that really differentiates one from the other is in where/how they get their ingredients, their cooking techniques, and how they deliver/present their pizza to each customer.
And I get it. Most business owners and manager/leaders have very little time on their hands due to the fact that they’re usually hyper focused on the day to day operations consisting of performance challenges (putting out and preventing fires) on top of their personal life.
