I'm Rick, and I teach leadership

For more than 20 years, I've helped businesses hire, train, and develop hundreds of employees, giving me a front-row seat to the challenges that both employers and employees face in today's workforce.

Since 2001, I've invested more than $250,000 and countless hours studying, applying, and simplifying the principles of leadership and personal development. One thing I’ve consistently noticed is that the gross lack of leadership the workforce is experiencing is due to the fact that leadership isn’t taught inside of the American education system. Let alone the purpose of the workforce in general.

This powerful technique is the first step towards strengthening employee performance. 

By getting employees to sign an agreement form it instantly sets in motion a psychological awareness that greatly increases the odds of an employee holding up to their end of the agreement because they “gave their word to it visually and physically.”
